Lead and enhance the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) capabilities on ServiceNow platform, ensuring governance, data quality, and CI lifecycle management while collaborating with infrastructure, application, endpoint, and operations teams.
- Manage CMDB governance and data quality
- Oversee configuration item lifecycle management
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow Discovery processes
- Integrate CMDB with other data sources and reconcile data
- Ensure overall CMDB health and performance
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, endpoint, and IT operations teams
- Experience as a CMDB Subject Matter Expert/Analyst
- Proficiency with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery modules
- Strong understanding of data quality and integration practices
- Knowledge of configuration item lifecycle management
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and CMDB governance
