Tata Consultancy Services is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for the Core Banking domain to work with customers, understand business requirements, and implement TCS BaNCS solutions.
- Work with customers to understand business requirements and map them to TCS BaNCS product capabilities
- Implement TCS BaNCS solutions in customer environments
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to review and verify expected functionality and enhancements
- Create thought leadership content and differentiated solutions such as AI in Core Banking
- Make presentations and demonstrate TCS BaNCS solutions to customers and prospects
- Study regulatory and market standard evolution in the banking domain to translate into business requirements
- Strong functional background and understanding of Core Banking including Deposits, Loans, Trade Finance, CASA, and related accounting
- Experience on a Core Banking system or working with core banking product developers (Temenos, Finacle, FIS, Oracle FlexCube, Finastra, Intellect Design Arena)
- Capability to prepare business requirements and solution specification documents
- Experience in Loans Operations and Trade Finance Operations
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders for business requirement collection
