Associate Staff Consultant, Business Analyst (Salesforce)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce standard objects and related processes, as well as experience working with agile fundamentals and methodology.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and be able to analyze and elicit requirements.

• Analyze and elicit requirements
• Work with agile fundamentals and methodology
• Utilize hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Collaborate with teams to implement Salesforce solutions

• 5 years of total experience
• Strong experience in requirements analysis and requirement elicitation
• Experience in agile fundamentals and methodology
• Hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Deep understanding of Salesforce standard objects such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, and related processes
