Deutsche Bank is seeking a Google Cloud Engineer, Associate to join the team in Pune. You will be responsible for the design, development, and unit testing of scalable, high-performing software applications using Java and GCP in an Agile development environment.
- Design, develop, and unit-test software solutions for user stories and tasks
- Perform peer code reviews and maintain high software quality
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
- Apply continuous integration best practices, build automation, and dependency management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary, self-organized teams to achieve sprint objectives
- At least 4 years of Google Cloud based development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Java technology
- Proficiency with BigQuery, Dataproc, Composer, Terraform, GKE, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Functions
- Experience working with APIs, microservices, and web services including REST, SOAP, and JSON
- Familiarity with containerization and DevOps tools like OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, GIT, and Maven
