DAZN is seeking an Android Engineer to join the Product Technology team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will bridge business requirements and technical delivery, utilizing modern Android development practices to build scalable streaming solutions.
- Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin
- Work with Android architecture patterns such as MVVM and Jetpack Compose
- Implement UI state management and asynchronous operations using Kotlin Coroutines and Flow
- Integrate Android applications with REST APIs and JSON
- Debug application crashes, logs, and performance issues
- Participate in code reviews, testing, bug fixing, and release activities
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend teams
- Good fundamentals in Kotlin and Android development
- Basic understanding of MVVM and Clean Architecture
- Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose
- Familiarity with Git, Jira, Confluence, and Firebase/Crashlytics
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
