Worktual Innovations is looking for an experienced Android Developer to join the team in Chennai. You will lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of high-performance Android applications.

• Working days: Monday to Saturday

• Develop and maintain robust Android applications using Kotlin and Java
• Design, build, and optimize clean user interfaces and application workflows
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance, memory utilization, and network layers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services and core modules
• Mentor junior developers and implement mobile application development best practices

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in building and publishing production-ready Android applications
• Robust proficiency in Kotlin and Java, with deep knowledge of Android SDK and contemporary architecture (MVVM, Coroutines, Jetpack)
• Solid understanding of multithreading, socket programming, application lifecycle, and background services
• Strong problem-solving, analytical mindset, and code debugging skills
