- Provide first-level functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Absence Management, Goals, Performance, Recruiting, Time & Labor, and Talent Management)
- Resolve standard user, process, access, and transaction issues
- Support testing and system changes
- Monitor integrations and coordinate escalations to ensure reliable system operations
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and functional support processes
