We are looking for an AI Product and Process Intelligence Analyst to analyze recurring issues, convert business rules into AI requirements, and work with cross‑functional teams to improve AI extraction and automation workflows. The role involves evaluating LLM outputs, identifying failure patterns, and building reusable AI solutions.
- Analyze recurring issues and data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Convert business rules and operational knowledge into AI requirements, validation checks, prompts, and test cases.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and Implementation teams to improve AI extraction, mapping, classification, and automation workflows.
- Evaluate and validate LLM/AI outputs, identify failure patterns, and improve accuracy.
- Build reusable AI workflows.
- 2-3 years of experience in analyzing recurring issues, corrections, and data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Experience in converting business rules and operational knowledge into AI requirements, validation checks, prompts, and test cases.
