About the Role
JobSpri Tech builds web platforms, SaaS products and AI features for clients in India, Europe and the Middle East, using the same engineering team that built JobSpri and JotCV. We're looking for a technical project manager to run two or three client projects at a time and make sure each one lands on time, on budget and without surprises.
You'd be the person the client trusts and the engineers rely on: turning a vague brief into a clear plan, protecting the team from scope creep, and having the uncomfortable conversation early rather than late. Some calls run into European evenings or Gulf mornings, and we plan the week around that.
What You'll Do
- Run client projects from kick-off to handover: scope, plan, budget and status
- Lead sprint planning, reviews and demos with clients and engineers
- Manage change requests and keep scope honest
- Track risks openly and escalate early
- Write clear weekly updates that clients actually read
What You'll Need
- 5+ years managing software projects, including client-facing work
- Enough technical understanding to follow an architecture discussion and ask good questions
- Confident with fixed-price and time-and-materials engagements
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic or a European language is a bonus
- PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification is nice to have, not required
