About the Role
Recruiters at small and mid-sized Indian companies often hire for ten roles at once with nothing but email and a spreadsheet. Our recruiter app gives them job posting, an applicant pipeline and talent search in one place, and we need a PM who will make it the tool they open first every morning.
You'd spend real time with recruiters: watching them work, sitting in on their screening calls, finding the steps that waste their afternoons. Then you'd turn that into a clear plan with the engineers and designer on the team.
What You'll Do
- Own the recruiter app roadmap: posting, pipeline, talent search and reporting
- Run regular research with recruiters and hiring managers
- Write clear, short specs and work closely with engineering through delivery
- Track adoption and retention, and act on what the numbers say
What You'll Need
- 3+ years in product management, ideally B2B or SaaS
- Strong research habits: you talk to users without leading them
- Able to pull your own data with SQL or a BI tool
- Nice to have: you've worked in or with recruitment teams
