About the Role

When someone searches "fresher jobs in Pune" or "how to answer salary expectations", we want JobSpri to be the most useful result, not just the highest-ranked one. We're hiring a content and SEO manager to own organic growth: our job landing pages, our career advice and our salary guides.

You'd plan what we write, write a good part of it yourself, work with engineering on technical SEO, and measure what brings job seekers who actually stay.

What You'll Do

Own the SEO strategy across job pages, landing pages and editorial content
Plan and write career advice that's specific to India and genuinely useful
Work with engineering on structured data, page speed and indexing
Track rankings, traffic and sign-ups from search, and report on them honestly

What You'll Need

3+ years in SEO and content, with results you can show
Excellent writing in English; Hindi content is a plus
Comfortable with technical SEO basics and Search Console
