Job roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end loan disbursement process
  • Responsible for maintaining high-level professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right method
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Calling the customers and assisting them with the agreement signing, KYC process
  • Helping clients with the processing fees
  • Ensuring the case is closed with the TAT

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Should be willing to work from office
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
