Manage and lead multi-location, multi-functional teams, with a proven track record in designing and implementing major recruiting strategies
Handled talent acquisition function across geographies
In-depth exposure to hiring high end at all levels
Manage and monitor sourcing strategy and manage recruitment costs & efficiency
Mentor and provide guidance & direction to the recruitment team
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, in Recruitment for a minimum of 5 to 7 years
Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster, Indeed, and Naukri
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
Bulk/Volume Hiring Experience for Non-IT profiles
Are available for full-time in-office employment (Office Location - Andheri, Mumbai)
Can work from office: MANDATORY
