Partsformachines.com (PFM) is a platform for construction, agriculture, and
industrial machinery aftermarket parts. Since inception, the business has seen
rapid growth and is now entering an exciting phase of growth with the launch of
a new platform, vendors and products.
New opportunities available for diligent and hardworking Operations Executives
with good proficiency in English, drive to create a quality experience for our
customers, and very good attention to detail.
Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Assistant Manager Operations
Place of Work: Jagatputra, Jaipur
Hour of Operations: May be linked to UK hours/5.5 days a week
Requirements
Assist in order management which includes all the activities related to
receiving customer orders, and interacting with vendors, and logistics
agencies.
Support in the Customer order and vendor invoice reconciliation.
Attend to customer queries and calls as needed to explain product details,
answer general questions, provide information on delivery, etc.
Coordinate with different PFM teams to ensure smooth operations and
order fulfillment.
Special Features/Requirements of the Position:
Bachelor's degree in any stream
Excellent command of English
Good Excel Skills for data entry and data management
Years of Experience- 0 to 2
