1. Telephonic & Face to face selling of EdTech/ Elearning products.
2. B2C sales via Inbound and Outbound calling.
3. Consultative Selling to Students & Parents.
4. Scheduling product demo sessions at home or via video call.
5. Onboarding customers on Byju’s platform or app.
6. Leadgen through calling & referrals.
7. Maximizing leads conversion.
8. Maintaining proper records of leads & customers on CRM.
Salary:
CTC: 10 LPA (Basic - 7 LPA, Variable - 2 LPA, Retention - 1 LPA)
